Complete transformation of an office space into a prestigious Hairdressers in Soho, London.

Vesta Facilities had the pleasure of taking on this project, which also involved restoring the clients previous property back to it original form.

The new site was transformed by new flooring, ceilings, re installation of Electrics, installation of new sanitary ware, new kitchen full climate control and decorated to an extremely high finish.

Commercial Renovations

For this Renovation the client needed more storage space and a better kitchen and breakout area for their 200 members of staff. A mainly disused part of the building was transformed.

During the transformation Vesta install a temporary kitchen space for the staff to use. This ensured minimal disruption to their working day.

This project involved installing new walls, ceilings and floors. A new kitchen and breakout area, storage areas and offices. Full climate control from their new air conditioning system.

This project was a full dilapidation in a building in Fenchurch street, London. Totally refurbished. Full Air conditioning maintenance was carried out. New carpet tile, Fully decorated,New LED lights installed. 4 week turn around and ready for new tenants to move in

Commercial Renovation - CAT A refit.

We removed all of racking for this former Clothing distribution warehouse. We have taken out mezzanine floors, kitchens and oil tanks.

We have installed new Sanitary wear, a new kitchen area, replacement ceilings and redecorated these areas along with the entrance and office space. These work spaces now also enjoy the comfort of newly installed Air Conditioning. The landscaping of trees and hedges around the property has been completed and the perimeter fence has been replaced. Re-surfacing the car park and re lining the carpark spaces has also been completed.

Vauxhall Garage - Gravesend - Commercial refurbishment

This refurbishment was carried out on a Live Vauxhall garage. Team Vauxhall had to continue the daily running of their business of selling vehicles and we had a complete refurbishment to carry out around them. During this time we had to ensure that there was minimal disruption to our client, it was safe for the client and their customers and that the highest levels of workmanship maintained. We seamlessly achieved this and now have a fantastic relationship with our client.

This was a complete refurbishment . It involved new floors, ceilings, windows, fully decorated internally and externally. New heating and cooling air conditioning. Complete electrical fit out - lights, sockets, internet, fire and intruder alarms. All new sanitary wear, new internal doors and signage.
